Hi guys
i have an 8th gen iPad with cellular, mainly for use at work
After the last update I have been unable to connect to mobile signal. I have tried all the iPad answers to reset the network settings but to no avail. I’m just getting aggravated as I’m paying for a system that I cannot use
please help

Hi @Maxpower1,
Welcome back to the community. 🙂
You mentioned your phone and iPad, is it using your iPad via your phone's hotspot that you're having problems with?

Hi, no it’s using the sim in the iPad, which have been changed 3 times.
when I go into settings it connects fine to WiFi but then if I go into mobile networks I get the following screen. Exactly the same as the original poster got.
heres a pic of it.
if I go into others I get the same result as the other poster.

Hi @Maxpower1,
Have you tried resetting your network settings?
Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.

Yes, tried everything and its the same on my phones, and other ipads. Changed the sim for new 3 times.something has screwed up, and its Identical as Peggy14 above so its not just an isolated case. Apple checked the them over and say they are not faulty.

Hi @Maxpower1,
I'd recommend getting back in touch with Technical Support so the team can take another look at this for you.
They'll be happy to help. 🙂
