Hi,i have an iphone 14,i am using an esim for my ee account and a sim card on another network for my work number. I am having a problem with my data connection, The phone shows a 4 or 5g signal but there is no connection. I have to do a network settings reset to get it back, this happens randomly and can happen two or three times a day. I went to the ee store to speak to them and the lad seems to think its an esim problem and i should switch back to a sim card. He said it's a common fault as the uk is not up to speed with esims yet, Does this sound right? I went down the esim route as I don't want to carry around two phones all day, Any  feedback would be appreciated.

Hi @jsparkes1.

You could try a replacement eSIM first to see if there is a problem with this one.

You'll be able to download a new eSIM in your My EE Account.

If this still doesn't work then we would need to look at further troubleshooting steps to find the cause of the problem.
