Mobile data not workin

I've received 2 text saying my settings have been updated I should delete and restart my phone, other EE users in the house have not had any text and now my 3G mobile data is not working - everything ok on Wi-Fi

iPhone 14 Bluetooth issues

I have a new iPhone 14 Max and the Bluetooth function is not working. I have made sure the OS is up to date and I have tried reset and returning it to factory settings but still does not work. Any suggestions please?
