I have no service and phone not picking up physical sim after IOS16 update! Have tried all solutions offered

Is there a special way of taking this case off because it’s like it’s superglued itself on ?

I made a order od Iphone 14 pro 512 gb on 27 January 2023and paid 50 pounds upfront cost,Order got cancelled after two days, but payment not recieved till date 13.02.2023

My new iphone 11 keeps loosing network signal and says “no service” I’ve checked all the data settings, turned phone on and off, updated iPhone, airplane mode on and off but still nothing. Does anyone know the solution? many thanks
