I placed the order on a phone from you, you took the money from my account, but I received absolutely no notification, absolutely nothing, as if the order was confirmed, absolutely nothing, neither by message nor by e-mail, absolutely nothing
What is next or what should I do?
I want to mention that I didn't have an account with EE until now, and even when I placed the order, only after that did I create an account
Do you think it is possible to get my money back or at least find out in some way if my order was taken?
