Resolved! Enable report spam or junk on iOS

I am unable to report spam calls or SMS on iPhone on EE. Apple support says to contact my carrier. Why this not enabled and how can I enable it?

Upgrade

I’ve just had a new iPhone 11, just trying to transfer apps and data from old iPhone 11. It keeps trying to install iOS 17 before I can transfer them over and doesn’t seem to be able to install it. This I can’t use my new phone. Any ideas?

Resolved! Unlocking an EE handset

Hi, I have recently purchased a pre-used apple handset locked to EE. As this phone is second hand, will I be able to apply for a code to unlock seeing as I wasn’t the original owner? Thanks in advance.
