Norton 360 draining my iPhone battery !

can anyone help?my iPhone battery is draining and it looks like Norton 360 is using 50% in the background - why is this please and is there something I can do to resolve ?I don’t even have an account with Norton as far as  can see …..

For the past few weeks my insta app is failing to launch. I’ve tried all the troubleshooting advice, but to no avail. I can log on via website browser, but it’s slow and clumpy and not up to par with app. Any suggestions?

SIM card issue

new iPhone 14. Put old sim in phone from my iPhone 11. SIM card won’t work have and have no signal at all. Put sim in old phone, same thing is happening, however the SIM card worked 12 hours prior to going back in the old phone.

Hi, I was looking to add an Apple Watch SE to my account but gift the watch to my wife. She’s on O2. Would the phone be locked to EE or will it still connect to her phone? Cheers.

Resolved! Unlock iphone

How do I get my iphone  unlocked to use with another provider please?  My PAC code expires on 1st December 2023 and I needto have the phone unlocked.
