Are there plans to support the recently released 26.5 update feature of E2EE for IPhone RCS? If so any ideas of a timeline?

I don’t see it for any of my contacts yet.

@ollie798  it’s still a beta.  That’s doesn’t mean you have it yet.

Is it still a beta?

It is, I also think EE is not really supporting it fully in the beta yet as it still doesn’t work for any of my contacts with rcs, of which I have dozens (using android)

Hi

How can I find out when E2EE and inline replies will be working with EE?

Are there any technical experts on here familiar with the beta testing of the features that allow E2EE and inline relplies in RCS messaging?

Apple have enabled these on iOS devices already but now it’s waiting for carrier support.

@ollie798  Have you read the info within the settings of this.

 so it’ll show its encrypted when it’s available for you to have.  It’s still a beta so it’s not a finished product yet.

When sending a Message to an Android phone it will display in the text box RCS or SMS before you start typing.
