Hello. I recently moved from another network to EE and ported in my number. For the first 24 hours RCS was stuck in setting up. Tried all of the recommendations on the web (Reddit, Google support etc) and ultimately full reset both my watch and phone.
When the phone restored RCS connected fine and showed connected in the messages but once is reconnected the watch and it's SIM it went back to setting up
Has anyone else had this issue? Could it be the esim in the watch? Or the fact that I have an eSim in the phone too?

I'm sorry that you are having trouble with your RCS messaging, it sounds like you have already tried looking for an answer and trying some things yourself. I'd recommend speaking with our technical team who can check everything on an account level and run some troubleshooting to get to the bottom of this.
