I've had problems with data both on WiFi and off, easiest ones to spot are messages not sending on WhatsApp or messenger, have done the usual of restarting the device, going into settings and resetting the network settings, clearing the cashe and storage, EE say that there is no network issues, haven't been able to call technical support to investigate further, just done what it says on the app to try, any help would be appreciated as standing to stress me out

They were on moderate, have just changed to off to see if this has changed anything

No that hasn't helped, still coming up with connection problems
