Hi @TracyAnn12345

  1. Have you tried checking for firmware updates.
  2. Does this happen when you use a specific app.
  3. Under settings try running the device care services.

You can backup and factory reset to see if this helps.

Thanks

You've put a sentence about your phone freezing in the subject line, but no comments in the message itself - so this leaves a few more questions than answers...

Does your phone only lock-up when you're doing something in particular with it? Or using a particular app, for example? Does it eventually recover or is it totally unresponsive?

Have you used the "device care" menu option to clear out temporary files that may have built up?

Yes.
Also I've been in to EE.
They recommended going to the mobile stall to have a test to see if it's
got wet.
It hasn't.
It's not been dropped, and very annoying when it freezes for hours! And I'm
paying EEvfir the device.

Hi @TracyAnn12345

Do you have a memory card installed in your device? If so, does it continue to freeze without it?

Have you tried uninstalling any recent apps, as an app that may have become corrupt often can cause a device to freeze up.
Removing and reinstalling the app can resolve any issues.

"Yes" to what? I asked 4 questions, you say "when it freezes for hours" partly answers one of my questions but several still remain.

Plus Ali's good point about memory cards.
