Hi there @ADM007
Welcome to the community 🙂
Sorry, the default ringer length is 20 seconds, if you have 30 seconds we cannot extend this.
If you would like to remove the voicemail, you can text VM OFF to 150. Full details can be found in the Check and Use Mobile Voicemail page.

Oh this is so NOT HELPFUL. I have been made to switch from BT mobile to EE mobile. I used to have my ring time set as the longest as I am HARD OF HEARING and need the time to register my phone is ringing. Please can you make a request for EE to update the functionality I have now lost having been made to switch from BT mobile. Thank you.

Hi @-BJ-,
Welcome to the Community!
This isn't currently something we're able to change. I will get your feedback passed on, but it may not be something we are able to amend.

Thank you for your reply.
I have had a look into this and the standard network default is usually between 15-30 seconds. In the recent past there was a code to call to change the timing (which I used with BT mobile). Obviously I have tried this with EE but to no avail.
My main concern is being able to get to calls from my GP and/or Hospital, the former is nigh on impossible to just "call back" so it is imperative I take these calls. Five rings was just not enough so I have taken the option to turn OFF Voicemail and now get 13 rings.
This just leaves me to say that this functionality WAS available in the past and I vehemently implore you to reconsider allowing the adjustment of the default.

HI @-BJ-
You mentioned it can takes a while to realise your phone is ringing, have you set up visual alerts on your phone? This is where the LED light on the back also flashes brightly when there is an incoming call or message.
You can have a look at the steps on how to set this up at Get LED flash alerts on your iPhone or iPad

No I have never thought of this as it won't help if my phone is in my bag or in another room in the house. Also my husband and I ring eachothers phone when we forget where we put it, 5 rings just wasn't enough to locate it in the house, in fact we were doing this exact thing when I realised the problem.
