Do Not Refund any amount on Order Cancelation

Hello Everyone, Hope so you all are fine. In feb,  I was trying to get a pay monthly apple phone from EE 24 months contract. Where they took 50 upfront cost from me and once again I tried for that then they get 30 as upfront cost, after that they were saying your order is not successfull, and then they never refund that amount into my account. When I asked my bank about that they were saying that they are not resposible for that you need to contact with your payee(merchant). Do anyone have any idea its about more than 14 days. Thanks

@shahid19  If EE had taken payment and the order was refused you would of been refunded within 7-10 days.   Check you’re bank statement to see if a payment to EE was actually taken.
