Hi Team,
I ordered an iPhone 13 pro, and after paying the upfront amount I got a call from the support center regarding my credit check. But they couldn't complete my credit check due to some issues. So, I got a response from the agent stating that they are going to cancel my order.
My issue is I didn't get any mail or other responses regarding my order cancellation and my refund. I tried to call the support team but they are not responding yet.

@abhaym312 This is a public forum you do not post private information on here.
Your refund will take around 5-10 working days before you get this back. If EE couldn’t process the credit check you could always try again when you get that refund back.
