I recently ordered a contract phone and payed (x) amount upfront, the morning after was told via email i'm not able to do so because of my credit score but haven’t received a refund on the money i payed up front. any help will be greatly appreciated thanks.

@ca_ea7  You’ll be refunded within 7-10 days.  Refunds have to be processed and are not automatically made.
