I recently switched from BTTV and broadband to EETV  and broadband. The TV box works fine. 
My issue is that when I open the EETV app on my phone I get an error msg AJ910. I can use the app and have paired it to the new box but I can’t ask the box to record anything via the phone app. It seems to accept the request but nothing happens. It is a very useful feature so obviously I want to be able to use it as I used to with BT. 
Any suggestions please?

make sure you are logging into the app with the EE ID .
