I saw that EE is an authorized Apple repair company. However, the price list does not include repair prices for the iPhone 11 Pro Max 64GB.

When I receive a call I don't hear the person speaking, but they hear me. How much does the repair cost please?

With repairs you'll normally get a quote once your device has been inspected and we've got an idea of the exact nature of the fault.

Quite a few of our stores have next day repairs available, so if possible I'd definitely recommend popping in.
