Hi,

I’ve just set up my new iPhone and my number appears now on the new eSIM and the old SIM stopped working. Is it possible to restore it? I’d like to use the eSIM for a different number.

Thanks. B.

@BibianaMorgiana  when you set up the new phone it asked you would you like to transfer to eSIM and you click yes or no? And obviously you clicked yes.   Your old Sim is now for the bin  and if you want to go back to a SIM card you need to request a replacement Sim you can do this by going to an EE store within date photo ID or by calling customer support and requesting a  replacement sim.  You can not reactivate the old sim.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

From Tim Apple:

All iPhone models that support eSIM can have multiple eSIMs and use Dual SIM with two active SIMs at the same time.

You can use Dual SIM by using a physical SIM and an eSIM. iPhone 13 models and later also support two active eSIMs.
