Recently bought a new IP16, had to transfer the esim, tried the posted ways and traditional ways but was not successful as my account had some issues. Spoke with Jason, customer service, on the phone, kudos to him for taking the time and effort to help fix my issue. Took a whole 30-40mins over the phone, using multiple pathways and a dodgy app but had it transferred.
Nothing is perfect to say, but the person helping you along makes a difference.
