I need to send my phone for repair but I currently have an eSIM. I have my old phone but how can I transfer back to a physical sim?

@LisaTC  you have to request a replacement SIM card you can do this by calling customer Support or you can go to an EE store with in date photo ID and make this request there

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
