Sim Not Working

Ordered a Sim online

Asked for it to come set up and ready to go due to an order issue initially as I need it for work. Put sim into phone over 24hrs ago and it still will not connect to the service.

On my mobile network settings it says EE but there is no signal to the phone and it continuously has 0 signal regardless of what I try to do through these forums. 

Any help is appreciated as currently it is making it hard to work as everything as to be done through my laptop

@TD98  if it says EE on your device, then you have some sort of network connection because if it didn’t, it’ll say something like no service or no signal.   

out of curiosity is your device unlocked to use any network SIM card ?  Was this device used before on EE ?  is this a contract or PAYG sim ? Have you restarted the device?  Have you tried using WiFi calling?
