Hi,
I paid to take out an iPhone 17e to be collected in store at Morgate. Was told by the staff to **bleep** off and call online as they hadn’t seen it. Called online for the next 3 days in a row where I was called the n word before being hung up on. I still haven’t received the phone and I’ve been racially abused by EE staff when I try to call to find out. Who can I even begin to speak to for help in a situation like this?

I am very alarmed to hear of your experience when getting help in store and especially when you have called in. Any abuse like that is completely unacceptable and is something we do take very seriously.
