Order tracking not working

I ordered an upgrade on the 3rd of November, I had a confirmation email with a xko number but it states the tracking timed out and will not let me search for an update 

just want to know if somethings wrong or when will my phone come ?

Have you received a follow-up email to say your order has been dispatched? 

Alternatively you may have received an email to say some additional information is needed. If so just give Customer Service a call on the number in the email and the team will be able to update you on the order.
