I ordered a new phone, and I can't find any status on the order. My current phone is broken, and I can see i have messages from EE but without being able to open my phone or have access to another phone to call you. I don't really know what's going on.
I've tried using the tracking reference, but I just get an error, no status or anything.

If order tracking is not working then you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150. You'll need to use another device or try the message option on your account.
You should download the DPD app as well becase you will need a pin for delivery.
