Not received my new handset but sim has switched over

I upgraded my handset on 5th March 2024, I have not received the handset but my sim as updated with new plan. When will I receive my handset?

Welcome to the community,
Have you downloaded and installed the DPD app and made sure that you have registered with the same details that EE have?
You will receive notification via the app the day before delivery and another one on the day with a one hour window.
You can also ring customer service to find out, as we would not know.
What handset, storage size and colour have you ordered?
To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
