You can log into your EE Account online using a Web Browser.

Have you updated your phone's software recently?
The EE app supports iOS 12 or later and your phone should support iOS 15.8.

@JohnH153 , have you made sure that you have the latest IOS version on your phone? You may want to check by clicking updates in settings, if you have not already done so, and you should be able to log-into your account via the website if the app is not working for you.
