My iPhone overheated at the weekend, the iPhone 14+ is under a yr old, I got another battery fitted today, now I have no EE network coverage. Can anyone help please?
Are you able to text your SIM card in a different phone to check it still works?
If it doesn't work, it may have been damaged from the overheating. You'll need to call customer service from a different phone, or pop into any EE Store with photo ID for a replacement SIM.
