Account now locked after transferring over to phone. Can't access phone number or Apple ID without two factor authentication but old phone now erased and nothing I can do. Any suggestions?

When setting up your new iPhone were you transferring an eSIM, or do you have a physical SIM and are able to insert this to the new phone?
