My internet is not working in my area since Friday ,already visited store,but no improvement so far.

any solution please

Thanks for coming to the community. 

Is the internet not working on a mobile device or is this a home broadband connection? 

If you're using a mobile device and unable to access data, can you make calls and send texts? What did the store advise when you visited to get this looked into?
