Hello, my line has been disactivated and i cant even call the customer service to fix it

@Hamoudi_14 Are you a contact or PAYG customer?    If on contact are your bills up to date ?  If on PAYG do you have a pack or credit on the account ? Also if on PAYG when did you last use the device?
