Samsung flip 5 broken screen

SGillies89
Explorer

I've had my samsung flip for 7 months now and noticed a line in the screen when I was typing on it.

The bottom of the screen started flashing so I took it to EE and they said it's out of warranty for both the insurance and the years warranty.

They're wanting £300 to fix a known fault in a phone that they're selling, Iam absolutely livid.

I need my phone for work and this feels like I'm being absolutely scammed.

I dont know what to do.

@SGillies89  you can contact Samsung about this.

if you’re paying for insurance, then it’s still got insurance that doesn’t run out unless you cancel it or change the device via a upgrade.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
