Issues with my new iphone 14

Good day 

I got iphone 14 yesterday and it's has been giving me a serious headache the connectivity is very bad both the wifi and hotspot, quick battery drain and overheating. I call the help line customer care to how to return and probably get iphone 13 pro back don't mind if it's going to attract extra charges because I have been using 13 pro max and is very okay.         d

So you're using the old SIM, and it doesn't work in your new phone, but worked in your old one, @TheBud13?

 

Have you restarted your new phone?

 

Did you get the phone directly from EE?

Yes, and reset to NEW phone twice & to a Back-up point twice.

If so, can you try using your SIM card in it and let me know if it still works?

The OLD SIM is in THE new iPhone. works when in Wi-Fi. BUT Can't CAAL or TEXT. receive or send.
