My IPhone 12 failed under warranty i asked EE to replace the phone, but they insisted in taking it to Apple, which i did and Apple replaced the logic board.
Originally, i had an e sim, but this has been removed when repaired. I checked on EE website they would issue a new one, great, so i carried out their instructions, and they asked for an code that they were sending to messenger.
Messenger does not work because their is no sim! I tried this again with a physical sim, same problem exists.
I tried calling through my wife's phone only to be met by the most incredibly frustrating phone answering service, {the old 150 service was excellent} which got me no were.
I tried 2 x EE shop's, one had no internet, the other fobbed me off with some excuse, it will work in an 1 hour, which it didn't!
The only way i can make calls is via whatsapp or use email.
I have been a loyal EE customer for a long time, and i have seen standards fall, EE told me to go to Apple and they should have checked on the repair making sure everything was completed to my satisfaction!
I hope somebody can assist thank you.

@Bale56 you can call customer support and request that they activate the eSIM remotely or you can request a replacement SIM card you can do this at any EE store and you just need in date photo ID with you.
