Placed my Pre Order on the 15th for the Cosmic Orange 512gb over the phone. Have the signed credit agreement etc but still haven't had an email confirmation regarding line rental, total cost etc.
Any reason why I haven't had this yet?

Likely your order is not processed. To check you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150.
