Insurance claim delay

I have claim for lost phone insurance on 16/01/2023 but I can’t get any updates any one can help please 

Even they did not explain me why it takes more than one month to process 

every time they are change the claim.I have Claim lost claim later on they investigate and I got call from Ee insurance team they advised me to change the claim for stolen.

no update 

am tired please some to help

I was waiting for the last 6 days 

still didn’t hear anything from insurance team , whenever i call they tell to wait for the call from them, i can’t understand how long should be waited after this

Done the same thing to me. I put a claim in on Monday as my phone screen was cracked when I pulled it out of my pocket.  I've been phoning EE chasing it up daily since and they just keep fobbing me off with additional checks. 

 

Looks like they do this regularly clearly -_- Time for a formal complaint and bad reviews online.
