Hi, I’ve just upgraded my EE account so I can use data on my Apple Watch, but I’ve no idea how to do this. All web searches say use Apple Watch app and click on “Cellular” button but threr’s no tab showing on my app?
Any ideas, or do I just need to go to an EE store?

@RP121 if you look at your Apple Watch and look at crown button does it show an orange/red ring on it ? It looks like this
If it doesn’t have this on it then it’s not a cellular Apple Watch.

Is your Apple Watch a cellular model? There are two types, one that is a GPS/Bluetooth model and another that is a Cellular model. The Cellular models have a red circle/outline on the flat surface of the crown.

@Chris_B Apple have got rid of the red ring for Series 10 though.

Hey @RP121, welcome to the EE Community 😊
As @Chris_B and @Matt_124 have pointed out, looking for that Red / Orange ring is a great indicator of if you've got the Cellular model of the Apple Watch (Pre-Series 10).
Just as a quick heads up too, depending on your phone's language settings, that option for 'Cellular' may show 'Mobile Service' instead, but it should be in the same place directly below 'General'.

@chistery I didn’t know that. But to be honest I’ve not looked at the s10 range as I wasn’t getting one, still happy using my ultra 2 from last year. I see it’s still got the orange ring on the ultra 2 though ( this years model) Wouldn’t be surprised if it was a cost cutting measure from Apple. lol
