Hello @hdhdhdkdhd ,

Welcome to the community,

I doubt very much that you can hide the image of debit or credit card when double clicking on the side button, as you need to see which card you are using and make sure that it is the correct one, even if you only have one card, many have more than one and would need to make sure that it is the correct one.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

Hi @Schockwave

You cannot hide it but my understanding is this is just a card with no details.

On the S26 ultra the private view hides it.

Thanks

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

@hdhdhdkdhd  You are double clicking to bring up Apple Pay. It’s just an image with the last 4 digits of the card shown. That’s not enough information for anyone to do anything with ( if it was it wouldn’t show it ) If you don’t want a card to be shown don’t use Apple Pay as there is no option to hide the image.

Mine shows a exact representation of my debit card like the exact front surface photo of it with the bank logo it’s a bit breach or privacy i was hoping for a toggle button to hide the image and just show a secret name or something

@hdhdhdkdhd  But it doesn’t show any information that can be used it’s just an image like this one

it’s not a breach at all.  There’s 12 other numbers before the last 4 that are shown.  If this was any sort of breach the numbers will not be shown.  And it’s an Apple Pay not EE pay so you need to take this with Apple not EE.  If your not happy with it don’t use it and get your card out that shows all 16 numbers.
