Exact same phone plan cheaper with Samsung?

Hello,

I am writing to ask why your mobile plans are significantly different in price depending on whether I choose an iPhone or a Samsung phone.

Since the device element is paid separately and covers the full cost of the handset, and the airtime plans themselves are identical, I do not understand why there is a price discrepancy for the plan.

Could you please explain the reasoning behind this pricing structure?

Which phones are you seeing the difference on? There are often limited offers running on airtime plans for specific models that will mean a difference in price from the standard. Usually this would be indicated by a yellow box next to the price.
