I have ordered the new iPhone 14 and with my upgrade I have chosen the trade in option. I have received the trade in packaging but not the new phone.. I only have 14 days to trade in my old phone but I still don’t have my new phone?

Welcome to the community,

You will not be expected to return your old phone until you have received the new one, if you want to know when you can expect the new phone, I suggest you ring customer service, but as this is the new IPhone 14, it will also depend when they receive stock and how many have ordered before you, as they are delivered on a first come first serve basis.
