Hi EE. got my wife an Apple Watch signed up to the plan. when connecting to watch it is asking to call. I can see the plan on my account. how do I get it connected today as EE are not working.

Will my thump print allow access to all my apps if I put my upgraded SIM card

I’ve been sent an upgraded sim, it worries me if I insert it into my phone will my thumb print allow access to all apps eg online banking, there’s no way I can remember my passwords for all apps?

New iPhone 14 but cannot receive or make telephone calls or messages

Have been advised to contact EE by Apple regarding this. Can anyone help or advise
