guess what - got a new deal with EE for broadband watch etc. Saved me a bit but watch doesn’t work w phone! I’ve to send it back for a phone I don’t want in order to get the watch. Got given a number - for return - they won’t accept it as I bought in store apparently. What to do next I don’t know.

Hi @Sweels,
Please take the watch back to the store where you purchased it if it isn't compatible with your phone.
They'll be happy to help.

Thanks they posted it. I want the watch but I’ve now got to upgrade the phone. Seems a bit unfair when the guy at EE should’ve known in the first place. Nearest store to me is Leeds
