I have just taken out a new contract and have transferred everything ready to send my old phone back but haven't been given any instructions or delivery labels for my old phone, I have the big box the new phone came in which says on the packaging to use to send the device back in but there's no label to post it with? 

Do I wait for something to come through in my emails or the post or can I hand the old device in at a EE store?

Your trade in bag will arrive separately within 7 days of your phone arriving. This could take longer if your phone was a pre-order or a back order to allow extra time for the phone to reach you before the bag is sent.
