Deleted texts

Hi, I have deleted messages that I need to retrieve? Is this possible

@Maceysalmonx oonly if you have a backup of your device before these got deleted.  EE doesn’t store them so you can retrieve them. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

@Maceysalmonx If you go into the messages app on your iphone at the top you should see a "Filters" option at the top left of your screen. Select this and you should see an option at the bottom of the screen for "Recently Deleted" messages. Select this and you should see any messages deleted in the last 30 days. You can then select which of these you want to recover.
