Damaged mobile

My daughter has dropped her phone (2nd phone on my account) screen is cracked and glitching badly. Please can I order a new replacement handset, like for like without upgrading asap?

I have damage cover on my account and EE confirmed on Friday this also covers the second handset.

@Wilkis01 each device has its own separate insurance, so if it’s just your device insured then it doesn’t cover the 2nd device, if you’re paying insurance for that second device then you need to contact customer support or go to a EE store and request a repair via that insurance.

There's no access to individual customer accounts on this public forum - details on claiming for lost & stolen devices are at https://ee.co.uk/help/insurance/how-do-i-make-an-insurance-claim 

As already mentioned, insurance is specific to each device and not the account.
