Hi there!
Some days ago I got a Iphone 6 for repair. It turned out, that it's carrier locked. So I'm searching for solutions for unlock this phone. Who should I talk to? Is it possible to unlock it by its imei number?
I hope someone could help me. Thanks for the answers!

Good morning @patrikcs.
It is possible to unlock your device with your IMEI number.
If you wish to unlock a device please get in touch with our customer care team.

Hi @Katie_B
Can I get in touch with your team via email or other way? I'm writing from Hungary and if I call you it will cost a lot for me.
Thanks!
Patrik

Now I tried it, and it says its blocklisted. Is it possible to remove it from the blocklist? Please help me with this.
Thank you very much!

Hi @patrikcs.
Blacklisted means the phone has been reported lost/stolen and has been blocked.
Only the person who originally purchased this phone can remove the blacklist.

Unfortunately I don't know the original owner. If I guess correctly, the original owner didn't pay the fees. Is that any chance that I can pay the fee and remove the blacklist?
Thank you very much!

Hi @patrikcs.
I am very sorry but the blacklist can't be removed by another other than the original owner.
I would recommend going back to your point of purchase.
