Where can I order a replacement sim for my new iPhone, sometimes I switch between my old phone and new one

Hi @Trumps,

If you switch between your phones regularly, I'd recommend switching to a physical SIM card.

You can order a replacement SIM at myaccount.ee.co.uk/app/order-sim.

Hi @Trumps,

Sorry, it isn't possible to have two active SIM cards with the same number.

You'd need to move your SIM between the phones as needed.

The sim is an eSIM though?

Although to add to this, SIMs are not designed for constant swapping between devices - doing so is likely to cause damage at some point.

What is your reason for wanting to use one number across 2 separate phones?

One for work in case it gets damaged
