I have just got my new phone on contract. Any number to do with EE or 150 it does not let me call, just says “we can not connect your call”. I would like a call from EE to speak to an advisor over the phone it won’t even let me request one of these.
I am not happy as it’s about my new phone and being overcharged etc I really need to speak to someone urgently.
