Blackout iphone 14 pro max while charging

I bought a contract iphone 14 pro max from the shop last month just before i went for holiday i now have to deal with a blackout phone twice while charging it looks like that i have poor battery. But as its a brand new phone i didnt expect to have a poor battery. Anyone know what else could happen with my iphone? Im on holiday the now, what EE could do to help ? By the time im going back to the UK i think my 30 days will finish.

@Graceroy     Sorry but what does Blackout iPhone while charging mean?        You ask only get a 14 day cooling of period with a phone/online sale,      You don’t get that with a store sale but you do get a 12 days to report any fault with a device to have that device exchanged after this time the device has to be sent off to be looked at.
