Password not recognised

iPhone 15 went back to seller as charging port not charging. They diagnosed the port needed a deep clean which they did. 
Phone will not reconnect to internet etc as password not recognised.  ‘Forgot password’ just takes me back to login. Can anyone help please?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

By connecting to the Net do you mean you are trying to connect to a WiFi network? If so, you need to have permission to use it & know its pwd to login to it.

If it's not WiFi but just the mobile network, there's no pwd needed.
