Anyone else having problems with EE in relation to the delivery of the series 8? Pre ordered mine yesterday and was told that over the phone it will be delivered on launch day.  Spoke to EE again this morning and it’s now changed to 3 weeks!

Thanks - I was texted an order number last night but when I put it into the tracking it says you can't track this type of order so I am not sure it is correct?

p.s the call advisor texted me when I called to ask about it - she wasn't sure why I haven't received any proper confirmation and that I cannot see it in my app 😞

Thanks I will call and double check. Can I ask - should I be able to see a confirmed order when I paste an order number in?

One of the advisors yesterday said 'no' but I can see others have a screen with order confirmed.

Hi iv ordered mine silver 41mm 2 days ago they said within 7 days but im aware from last year may take longer iv had no email confimation but on my account i cant access the plan i paid for an early upgrade i rang ee they gave me the order number but it keeps coming up sorry you cant track this right now they said the order has gone through but i cant track it 🙈 is this notmal or should i ring ee back today i figured there busy so didnt want to waste an advisors time 

Ring them, I got through pretty quick yesterday and
the advisor was really nice.

He said he’d had loads of calls from customers complaining about delivery times etc because the upgrade team were making promises they couldn’t deliver..
